Toast Long Tiered Dress

Unfortunately too small across my hips these days! So pretty and flowy. Colour is between a navy and marine blue. (Slightly more vibrant than navy). Ruffles are so flattering landing a low waist and across back at mid-bum. Reminds me of “flapper” style. Marked size EU8 Would fit XS-S in my opinion (to hang the way it is intended).
