Toddler Floral lace skirt

I'm not too sure what size this is. But it does have a stretchy waist band. I say it should fit a 2.5yr old to about 3yrs old. Super nice. My daughter doesn't fit this anymore. Flaws : I'm not sure if it's a flaw but there's a plastic wire sticking out from the edges of the ruffles. I don't think it affects the skirt in any way.
