Toddler tutu, pink with Pom Poms

Size 2T toddler pink tutu. The Pom Pom’s are folded into the tulle of the tutu. GUC, some pilling on the waist band. My daughter loved it as a little one, we got it from a local maker. It’s very fun and has a cotton layer underneath the tulle.
