Near-perfect condition: imperfections include tiny paint chips on inner hinges (pictured), almost unnoticeable paint chip over top of left eye (pictured), slightly discoloured nose pads.
The serial number and measurements have rubbed off, but the serial number is FT 5573 B 001 55 17. I can provide original receipt for proof of authenticity if needed.

@wormie8 so sorry for the delay! I added pictures of the inner arms, however the measurements seem to have rubbed off so I added pictures with a measuring tape on either side. The current prescription is -0.5, but it is also adjusted for astigmatism so I would not recommend using these lenses as it's very uniquely adjusted.
