Hi, I bought a new vintage tommy bahama mens watch about 40 days ago , I did have the battery installed the only issue is the second hand doesn’t work, other functions do work. I want to get it repaired as it’s a great looking watch . How about a partial refund to help cover the repair/ defect. Waiting to see what it will cost
