Fitted or more relaxed? I am petite, slim 5’1 120 lbs. usually I wear a size 4 or 6. Except if it is a more fitted dress. What about the neck is it a halter tie at the neck?

Length (top of dress at armpit to bottom hem): 31 inches
Bust (measured flat): 16 inches
Waist (measured flat): 14.5 inches
