Tommy Hilfiger denim mini skirt from 1999. High waisted, with small side pockets, super cute! Size 6, fits like a small. Waist 14” flat Bottom 18” flat Length 17” Excellent condition but please note the small red and white Tommy emblem on the back has fallen off (see last photo). Otherwise no flaws.
