licksygenny Hello, You have the measurement at bottom of the waistband as 16". Can you tell me what the measurement at the top of the waist is? I've bought S 2 Hilfiger before - too big they fall off my hips so it all depends on that measurement. Also with Canada Post on strike - who will you use as courier. Thanks Mariko

licksygenny Thanks but what I want is the measurement across the top of waistband. Place the tape measure higher than where you have it on the picture where it measures 16". So the measurement should be less than 16"
