@inna_erochina Apologies Inna! I've been on vacation. I'm not sure of the interior circumference however I can say that I have very muscular calves that often do not fit in knee-high boots. I bought these because they did close around my calf and even gave extra room thanks to some hidden elastic. Hope that helps!
