Tommy Hilfiger black and white polka dot spring blouse with ruffle neck size xxs

Reposhing this item I purchased from @annaia_. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. This blouse is size xxs, but I normally wear xs to s and this fits me well. The blouse is a silky polyester on the front and jersey knit on the back. It's a really cute blouse for spring in excellent used condition as shown in pictures with no flaws to note. Questions?
