Tommy Hilfiger blue flower ruffle dress

This is a beautiful spring/summer dress that is very flowy and light. There is a dark blue slip underneath that provides full coverage. There’s also a string at the waist that can cinch in your waist. There is ruffle detailing at the sleeves, down the dress, and at the bottom.
