Tommy Hilfiger dress, size large

Good used condition, slight imperfection in the fabric (see last photo). Striped lightweight dress with cute hem the scoops at the sides. Elastic at waist. I don’t remember it having a belt, but there are thread belt loops at the sides, so apparently it did, but no longer does.
