Tommy Hilfiger navy/white striped dress

Tommy Hilfiger navy/white short sleeve cotton/modal dress with vneck. Tank top dress attached to the short sleeve section so all one piece. Has embedded blue/white/red belt so that the waist can be cinched as much as you want. I bought this at a Tommy Hilfiger store in Minnesota. Only worn a couple of times.
