Tommy Hilfiger ruffly floral dress

This dress is so adorable! In a light blue, yellow green and navy floral pattern. Has ruffle sleeves and ruffles down the bodice and skirt. Comes with a waist tie. Back zipper has a really cute logoed pull. I’m great used condition.
