Tommy Jeans Blue Boot Cut Flare Pants

Tommy Jeans, Split Flare Blue Jeans. Tag says size 7, seems like it fits smaller than that, more like a size 4. Bought these from a vintage market, and they are unfortunately too small, but they are in amazing condition. I can't find any flaws.
