Toni Todd Dotted Vintage Dress (Plus Size)

The sweetest yellow dress with bow and big white polka dots. There is a small stain on the shoulder (pictured) which I did not try to remove. A former owner added snaps between the buttons which keeps it closed. Fabric is a light, silky poly. No stretch. 1970s? B 22 W 19 H 22 L 45
