@roseeperry hi there. it's light suplex, so it's stretches. I would say would fit size 6 to 8 perfectly. For size 4 would be a looser fit. Hope that answers your question

Can the side with the pull cord lie perfectly flat or does it pull up the skirt a small amount when fully extended.
