Toothache Vintage 1979 Electronic Game by Waddingtons

Tooth Ache vintage game is tested and working and includes all parts. States it includes an extra (12th) tooth but it only has 11 which is all that is needed to play. The electronic buzzer part has had the adhesive come loose from the plastic tray, but its easier this way to change the battery and swap the cards. The other game cards do have a warp to them as shown in the photo (left side of the box).
