Long Top or Mini Dress

This comes in a very long plain white spaghetti strap shoulders with mesh material in-between both at the back! It also opens slightly by slits on both sides at the hips. The material is cotton and it has never been worn I bought it and forgot I had it until unpacking from a box of clothing
