Top shop Wrap around Skirt

Topshop petite wrap around skirt pleated in front in good shape as i’ve worn it many times there is a bit of piling on the waist band however my camera wouldn’t pick it up i think because of the print size 4 goes down to mid thigh can be high low or mid rise
