Topshop Off-the-shoulder romper

*feel free to make me a (respectful) offer, I’m moving very soon and would like to be rid of everything* Black off-the-shoulder romper from TopShop. Flattering elastic waist. Cute frilly 3/4 length sleeves. Crepe material. Size 6. It’s hard to photograph well but it’s in excellent condition, I think I only wore it out 2-3 times! Would be a really cute choice for New Years Eve!
