Fair preowned condition, black romper/playsuit with pleated crepe fabric on the lower body and lace on the upper by Topshop. The fabric on the body is very nice and papery. Feels like a Chirimen crepe. The lace is a little tight on the sleeves and shoulders and there are some snags here and there (I took pictures of some of them. They're a little hard to see in the photos, but they're there). Could be repurposed and the top replaced or taken out and simply worn as is or with a shrug. The quality of the bodice is very nice.
