Topshop Vintage Green Slip Skirt - US 10

This vintage, funky lime green slip skirt looks new. Around the waist elastic, there are a couple of pulled threads (waist 16 inches unstretched - can stretch comfortably to 18 inches). It's length is 36 inches. It is nice and light for summer, but can be worn with tights/high boots in fall/winter. From a pet-free/smoke-free home.
