Topshop White Peplum Dress - US size 4

Beautiful white Peplum Dress from Topshop. It is a US size 4, but please note that the dress runs a bit smaller and I would say it fits more like a US size 2. Like new condition, beautiful dress with floral pattern. I never wore it as it is a bit too tight for me. No defects for those asking. It looks like it has never been worn.
