Topshop denim shorts( high waisted)

I bought them here but they don’t fit me. They are high waisted, can be rolled or not. 100%coton( not stretchy ). They can fit a small 28 or 26-27 with a belt. Super good condition and very cute !( I’m so sad they don’t fit me ;( ). Make me an offer😁 Ask for measurements:)
