Topshop textured long sleeve minidress

This dress is hard to explain, it’s kind of fuzzy or feathery and textured but also a bit see through in places in between the little tufts, see the video. The sleeve also have a slight elastic on the ends so they have a shape to them or you can pull them up and drape them down. It’s quite cute but wayyyyy too short on me so I never wore it, still has its tags, and I’m trying to clear out my closet! Originally purchased for $85 ($63 USD) from Nordstrom.
