Dry clean only Brand new with tags, never worn Super cute velvet dress with sexy cutouts ***Please see all pics*** - upon closer inspection there are some flaws on the inside of dress - seams have ripped in quite a few places and there are a couple snags. There is also a small black dot on the back near zipper. It’s a shame but it’s still a cute dress and price has been adjusted to reflect condition 😔
