This is a Torrid 3 Golden Girls tank top in Torrid size 3. According to the size chart on the Torrid website, a size "3" fits a size 22-24 frame. However, one of the reviews mentions it fits smaller than normal, so your best bet is to simply check your measurements against my photos to avoid confusion.
