Torrid Black Surplice Wrap Puff Sleeve Top w/ Red Rose Print

Very cute blouse perfect for work/office wear, bought from Torrid earlier this year in early summer. Only worn twice. The body of shirt is a lightweight black knit with small red rose print,95% polyester, 5% spandex. The puff sleeves are 100% polyester chiffon. Size is a Torrid 1, which is about a 14-16, XXL, I usually wear a 16 or XXL and this fit perfectly, with a bit of room. The front ties, so you can adjust it exactly to where you want it. Machine wash cold/tumble dry low.
