Torrid Coral Pink Peplum Too

I love this top but it just doesn’t fit me the way I want it to. I’ve worn it maybe three times at most. No stretch. Has polka dots and lace, flutter sleeves, and the peplum flounce. 00 size which should be a large but I think it’s more of an XL, especially in the bust area. Pit to pit: 22.5” Peplum/waist seam: 19.5” Length: 28”
