Torrid Harper Polka Dot Top

Reminds me of the polka dot dress in Pretty Woman. There are some snaggy threads on the pocket. I thought my cat did it and I loved this top so much I bought it again and again snaggy threads. Just that type of material. This top is gorgeous with 3/4 balloon sleeves, nice cut and fit and flow. Ignoring the snags... the top is lovely for the season. I am wearing my new one snags and all. They are not as obvious as I am highlighting them to be. Deep discount reflects the not perfect state.
