Torrid High Low Challis Red Floral Skirt 1X

Torrid high low skirt. Made is romantic red floral soft challis (woven) that moves really nicely. Waistband is flat in the front and elasticized in the back for a nice fit. Skirt is full with a bottom ruffle and a high low hem. Worn once, hand-washed and hung to dry; like new.
