Good pre-loved condition with flaws Leopard print chiffon skirt with tulle layers underneath. Stretch waist band. Flaws - Inner lining of skirt has a pull and small holes all around a layer of tulle (Could also be cut off). Not visible when wearing. Shown in the last 3 pictures. Approximate measurements Waist 21" without stretching Lining Length 21.5" Length 24"
