Cropped length mermaid leggings from Torrid. 95% cotton and 5% spandex, these are one of their classic leggings done in a cropped length. The mermaid scales are done in a metallic silver over black base. They are in overall good shape but there is some wear on the inside of the thighs, the metallic scales are rubbing off a bit, can't really see when you are wearing but this is shown in pictures, nothing else to note.
