Torrid Off-Shoulder Bodycon Minidress & tulle strip overskirt, Mesh sleeves. 3X

Torrid Off-Shoulder Bodycon Minidress with an overskirt of irregular asymmetrical tulle strips. It has long mesh sleeves with finger loops for each hand. Plus Size 3X (22/24) but fits snugly. It is extremely stretchy and the material is super smooth and satiny (not a word but accurate!!). I bought it new from torrid and I think it was listed as a Halloween costume but I've worn it to concerts, Renaissance fairs and parties. all the tulle strips are there but I cannot guarantee that each strip is perfect as the do get caught and pulled on things like my wheelchair but I did check them and there isn't anything glaringly obvious. please see photos.
