Torrid - Size 00 - Mini Clip Dot Front Keyhole Dress - NWT

I bought this, hung it up for nicer weather, and tried to wear it Sunday and it didn't fit! :( It's a gorgeous color and fit. it's fully lined and it's new with tags. Please note this dress will obviously not be washed before being sent out because it's new with tags. If you want it washed I can take the tags off and wash it but you'll have to let me know or I'll assume you just want it with the tags. ilI WILL give it a quick steam to drop out any fold marks from the original shipping to me from Torrid.
