Torrid flowy tank in royal blue

This colour is amazing! I don’t know whether to describe this as purple or Royal blue. Loose and flowy — if you’re a smaller size it can still be worn on its own or over something. Measures approx 31” from pit to pit and 34” from shoulder to hem.
