Does this fit true to size? Is there stretch? Put to pit measurements?

@r_duthie hi sorry for not getting back to you sooner! It measures 23” P2P. Fit is a bit on the small side, but that depends on your body type. I carry more weight in my limbs than my midsection, for me the jacket is a bit too snug in the arms.
