Torrid tunic

black and maroon heart patterned flowy empire waist short sleeved tunic material content tag has faded, it feels like a cotton blend,and has medium stretch pit to pit: 30" waist: 26" (elasticized) shoulder to hem: 38" at back,28" at highest point at front sleeve: 7" please note very small spot of fraying at back of neck, right side , seen in last picture
