Tory Burch Alexa Jeans

A pinkish colour - not sure how to describe. I purchased them for a trip south that didn't happen, I wore them to work once but they've just been sitting in my closet so thought I should clear them out. I purchased them when I was a size 10 in pants and they fit me fine then, however I just tried them on and they don't fit so well now that I am a 12 in pants. Measurements in pics. Also, note that the rise is 9.5 inches (they are hitting me below the belly button so bear that in mind.
