sonyamichael I don't know how to privately send you a message other then use the comment on here unfortunately. the bags were actually used once in all the 14 months that I had it the Grey was actually never used for you to rate and lie about the item you clearly reputation killer shame on you. dont like the item send it back. anything that is not in good condition I'll state its in bad or okay but would not sell an item which that is bad and states it's in excellent condition.
