Tory Burch red pleated dress, perfect for the holiday-NWT

This is a special piece that I bought to wear for a special event which was canceled . Dress is unique and can fit small to large because of the material, collar is detachable and can be worn as a belt. PTP hard to measure because of sleeve style but measurements taken from back without stretching the fabric but it’s very stretchy, if you’re interested, I can send it via purolator instead of waiting for the strike to be over, let me know please
