Traffic ruffle blouse

100% cotton. I could not find anything on this top. I think it’s by traffic people based in the UK. It’s a really nice piece. Light mustard color and lots of detail. Button down , v-neck, loose fit, and wide stripe design on sleeve cuffs. Light airy breathable material. Says size 20 European which is equivalent to 2xl US.
