Traigular/Heart Shaped Handpainted Cero Pottery Antoqud Porcelin Fish

Unique "Cero" porcelain dish with lid which has been handpainted on top as well as inside both top/bottom of dish. The color is white and the top is painted with a floral mandala in blue. Inside are two large petal flowers. Triangular shape with rounded edges. Cero porcelin was created in Romania. Stamped on bottom. No chips or cracks.
