Trapeze dress, Vintage printed dress, ruffle detail cap sleeves

This dress is SO stunning and unique. This is a trapeze shape dress with lots of ruffle layers. The hem ahs layers of rectangle shapes. And the sleeves and collar are covered in ruffles and smooched together. One large covered button at the collar. This fabric is very stiff so it keeps it shape. No size or maker tag. Pit to pit - 22" shoulder to shoulder - 15" length - 42"
