Trashy Diva Hepburn romper

Reposhing this item I purchased from @honeylounge. Love it - but it doesn't fit! Top of the waistband measures 30 and bottom measures 28. The rest is pretty open. The last stock image is of the longer jumpsuit but shows fit of top. Questions? Leave a comment below!
