April Graham's Book "Spare Changing for Trauma: A Memoir of Pain and Healing" appears to be no longer in print so you are getting a real treasure here, this is a book I had to revisit for months because I would think of one of her stories and want to read it again. April is funny and remarkably intelligent with a vast wealth of knowledge on the healing powers of herbs so this book is like a memoir/reference book of herbal medicine. She includes instructions on how to harvest and implement, where to find, what they do.... and her stories will have you both laughing and crying. "A Ray of Sunshine" written by Alexia St. Pierre is a touching part memoir, part inspirational work book (that I never filled in!) with Bible scripture for reference. Alexia found healing through the miraculous Grace of and Mercy of God and her outlook is so inspiring and really puts things into a positive perspective!! People are incredible and I love reading their stories 🥰 This object was made from and will be packed in new, found or thrifted objects; and was put together by imperfect hands in an imperfect home in the Cariboo BC.
