Tribal Brand - Blues and White Summer Dress.

Super pretty, lightweight summer all occasion dress. Fabric is 97% Rayon 3% Lycra. Flows beautifully when you walk and it has pockets! Only tried on but never actually worn. Size is S (small) but could fit someone who is a medium depending how tight you like your dresses. Would be perfect for a cruise or a sunny destination.
