Trinket dish colonial man riding horse country scene Made in England for PV vintage antique (possibly a butter dish ? ) ceramic PV representing 'Peasant Village' which was a brand owned by Mittledorfer Straus a company based in New York which imported all types of items manufactured in Italy , France, England. Very nice crazing ( see photo) . i believe this trinket or butter dish could date to first half of the 20th century , 1920's to 1940's. No cracks or chips apart from crazing.
