The cord can still be pulled through the fastener and tied if desired, or wear unfastened. Measurements: Pit to pit 17" Shoulder to crotch 32" Waist 30" Hips 36" Inseam 28" I love this jumpsuit but it's too small for me ☹️ It's a slimmer fit with skinny legs and no stretch in a washed black color. The waist can be cinched in and the top billowed out over the waist as shown on the model, or it can be worn straight with no cinch as shown on the hanger.
